Music Lessons & Classes

Group Lessons! Here’s a less expensive way to study music!

Note: Group Lessons work best for beginners starting together!

Group Instrumental – 45 Min. Classes (Minimum 3 in a class)

Development Classes

Private Lessons + Music Theory + Performance Ensemble*
These Three are Needed to become a Competent Musician!

Musicianship and the practical experience of performing with other musicians is so vital to a musician’s development, that we encourage every student to take a musicianship class and appropriate performing ensemble. To make this affordable, students taking private lessons may take both a musicianship class and a performamce ensemble fo a discounted tuition. For very young children Musikgarten may be substituted for a musicianship class.

*Scholarship Students and “Prep’ Division Students are required to take theory and a performance ensemble.

Performing Ensembles

Instrumental Ensembles: Rock Band, Chamber, String, Wind, Jazz Combo & Percussion Ensembles

Let a professional put you into a group and start performing. Learn how to play music with other musicians. The teacher will tutor the students through the  selection of music, arranging it for their instrumentation and how to perform it.

45 minute  rehearsals every other week plus a  performance every 8-10 weeks.(30 min. for Duos • 60 min forLg. Ensembles) Schedule and placement in an ensemble arranged by instructor.
